Loop OPTi DryFly

The Loop OPTi DryFly from Loop Tackle Design Europe is the second smallest model of the OPTi series and gorgeous up to rod class 7. The design of the OPTi series has become a world famous sight.

The OPTi - reels feature a large-arbor spool in a unique V-design. This allows a fast line retraction and a lower memory effect. The backbone of the OPTi series is the highly efficient and extremely strong Power Matrix brake system (carbon brake discs).

The brake system of the reel is completely watertight and absolutely salt water resistant. A completely closed reel cage is significantly more expensive to manufacture. However, this achieves two important advantages: First, there is a much higher torsional stiffness and the line can not slip through a gap.
