The MLA² 1 Plus Reel is excellent for delicate and light fishing on the stream and river. Especially when fishing with very fine leaders, the finely adjustable brake is an advantage. With a precise click, the line pulls off in the drill jerk free. Even the small model is saltwater resistant and made from solid CNC.
PROPERTIES
- All aluminum parts are made of EN AW 7075, which is more torsion-resistant and corrosion-protected than conventional aircraft aluminum.
- All models are maintenance free and suitable for tropical saltwater fishing.
- All components are turned from the solid. No unstable corroding diecast is used.
- There are no coatings, only hard anodizing type 2 is used to protect against corrosion.
- Inside, all brake parts are made of salt water resistant stainless steel 1.4404 and 1.4435.
- The counter brake discs running against the stainless steel discs are made of a durable carbon matrix.
- Only the highest quality seawater-resistant greases with long service lives are used as lubricants.
- The semi-enclosed frame has 100% concentricity accuracy. This guarantees freedom from tarnishing and prevents the jamming of cords.
- The braking system is very finely adjustable and offers easy handling thanks to the knurled adjustment knob.
- The function is always ensured at high as well as low temperatures.
- The is suitable for left and right hand operation - for this only one bearing is turned
RELIABILITY
The MLA² series covers the entire fishery. Whether on the river or in tropical saltwater. The maintenance-free brake system is 100% reliable in any situation. The materials are perfectly matched and the spool runs torsion-free. The clicker is finely adjustable and also suitable for the very finest fishing. The re-rotation of the reel when casting is achieved by exact bearing and precise balancing of the spool. This does not cause the line to spool up by itself during casting. For a safe change of the spool also in and at the water the spool screw is secured. It cannot fall off and thus get lost. For our reels we always have all parts in stock. We can deliver at short notice. Whether the service is directly through us or through your dealer, it does not matter.
