The Z1 Double Hand - As the spiritual successor to the legendary Cross series, our new and vastly improved Z rods are the result of several years of design, development and rigorous testing - all with the single goal of creating the ultimate combination of quality and value to be found in a fly rod.
Significantly lighter yet much stronger than its predecessor thanks to the use of cutting-edge nano-resin technology, each Z-Series rod is made from 40-45 ton nanograph carbon fiber of the highest specification available to ensure this smoothest, most powerful action of any round rod we've ever seen.
Each rod in the series features the highest cork handle possible, a specially designed lightweight reel seat, ceramic-coated titanium stripping guides and titanium-coated stainless steel snake rings. The Z1 Double Hand offers superior distance, control and accuracy with a medium-fast action and is available in a range of models designed for every occasion and preference.
6130 - Designed for smaller rivers where line control is paramount, or you just have to cast a little farther.
7124 - Our standard #7 class length for fishing Atlantic salmon. Also a perfect choice for smaller steelhead rivers.
8132 - The universal rod for fishing Atlantic salmon in almost all of Scandinavia or larger steelhead rivers. This rod casts sinking and floating lines equally well.
9140 - The classic for a #9 rod. If you are looking for the one salmon rod you have just found it. Floating or sinking lines, this rod casts it all.
